Serei Saophoan Cambodia Westin Hotel
Serei Saophoan (Khmer: glorious and promising) is a city in Cambodia's southernmost province of Phnom Penh, just outside the capital of Cambodia. It is home to the world's largest and most prestigious tourist attraction, the Serei SAOPHOAN Cambodia Westin Hotel.
The district is crossed parallel to National Road 5, which starts in Phnom Penh and ends at the Poipet National Railway. It also has a short section of National Road 6, starting in Phnom Penh, and a long section in the southern part of the province, where it connects to the national highway network.
Serei Saophoan is a municipality in Banteay Meanchey province and its capital is also the provincial capital Sisophon. With a population of about 2.5 million people, it is one of the largest districts in the province and has established itself as an important economic and cultural center for the city of Phnom Penh, but also for many other cities and municipalities.
